Pricing & Fees

CashYou is free to join and free to post favors. We only earn a small platform fee when a favor is successfully completed and paid out. All amounts are in Indian Rupees (₹) and all payments are processed securely through our payment partner, Razorpay.

How it works

• Posting a favor is free. You set the reward amount for your favor.
• You pay the reward upfront, and it is held securely (in escrow) until the favor is completed and you confirm it.
• On completion, the reward is released to the helper, minus the fees below.

Fees on a completed favor

• Platform fee: 5% of the favor reward, retained by CashYou for operating the marketplace.
• Payment-gateway charges: ~2%, charged by Razorpay for processing the payment and payout.
• The remaining amount (about 93% of the reward) is paid out to the helper.

Example

For a favor with a ₹100 reward:

• You (the poster) pay ₹100 upfront, held in escrow.
• On completion, CashYou retains ₹5 (5% platform fee) and ~₹2 goes to gateway charges.
• The helper receives approximately ₹93.

Cancellations & refunds

If a favor is cancelled before a helper is accepted, you receive a full refund. Other cancellations and refunds are handled per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Taxes

Applicable taxes (such as GST), where required by law, may apply to the platform fee and will be reflected in your receipts.

No hidden charges

There are no subscription fees, listing fees, or hidden charges. You only ever pay the favor reward you set; the fees above are deducted only from completed, paid-out favors.

The final payout breakdown is shown before payment is released. Gateway charges may vary by payment method and applicable taxes.
